Eagleberry Tech Services provides PC repair, IT support, troubleshooting, setup, and related technical services for residential and small business clients. Services may be delivered onsite, remotely, or through third-party platforms. All services are provided on a best-effort basis and limited to the agreed scope.
We apply reasonable care and professional standards, but do not guarantee resolution of all issues, prevention of data loss, or continued operation of hardware/software after service.
Clients are responsible for maintaining current backups. We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or inaccessibility occurring before, during, or after service.
Recommendations or assistance with third-party services do not transfer responsibility for outages or failures. Clients own their third-party accounts.
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Monthly support plans are billed in advance. For jobs requiring parts or licensed software: a 25% deposit is required upfront for hardware parts prior to ordering, and a 20% upfront payment is required for software licenses prior to purchase. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or downtime. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
We may refuse or discontinue service for unsafe environments, abusive behavior, illegal activity, or non-payment.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
